She ought to make a good endurance horse. Her sire line is French racing (Doran SBFAR), LOTS of winners there, and her dam line goes back to the Brusally Polish & Russian program (MSA Zbritzka) and *Samtyr, 10 time Arabian race horse sire of the year. She's pretty solidly race bred and from the lines on her papers, I'd expect her to run well and long.

I remember being impressed with Mucho Caliente on the track back in the day. Would love to see pictures of your mare. Who bred her?

My first endurance mare was racebred (Sam Tiki out of a *Wiking daughter).

I love her temperament, she’s sweet but spicy and loves to go.
movement she has a great trot, big and smooth
She really moves wonderfully.
Conformation I’m honestly not sure, I suck at that….
I grew up in the rescuing standerbreds and OTTBs

so I don’t really know what I’m looking for confirmation wise ?
Any tips ?

Basic conformation doesn't change from breed to breed. There are certain specific things that pertain to Arabs but less in the race bred Arabs. Table top croup and dishy face don't matter as much to race horses or endurance horses. Frensh bred horses are not known for their type. But leg, shoulder, hip conformation doesn't change. Hoof and pastern angles don't change (good vs bad).
Leg Human body Font Knee Human leg

If you stand back from her and look at her, do you think, "Wow, she's gorgeous!" or do you look and say, "MMMMmmmmm she's got some wonky bits.". While conformation (form to function) is or should be King, it isn't everything. We've probably all had horses that conformationally were trainwrecks and far from being lame because they look like they should stand up and fall back down, that indefinable "heart" and their willingness to try and give all they've got, make them super stars.

Was she ever actually on the racetrack or is long distance and endurance all she's done? If she was raced, I'd get a very thorough PPE done, radiographs and ultrasounds a must.

No not on the track, she was race bred and then let free to run at the ranch she was breed on in California.
She was started late and just doing endurance
The vets at the race all said she looked great, they love her legs and she’s got great recoveries.
She does have high withers but that’s the only real compliant

hoping for a 100 mile horse as the ultimate goal

Curious who you have her in training with and what ride you were at? Glad she did so well. We are iced in up here (NE PA) currently, so jealous of those able to get out and ride.
