I haven't heard of them, nor seen them in person, but the price of it for a new saddle alone would scare me off. It also looks like a cheap quality saddle IMO.
In that price range, I would highly suggest shopping for an older, better quality used saddle. A correctly made and well fitting saddle will make both your horse's job and yours easier, and will be much better for your horse's back, as many cheap saddles are made with inferior and sometimes asymmetrical trees, and are overall poorly designed. It is much better to buy a used saddle of at least medium quality than a new low quality one!
