I have brand new Easyboot Edge pair size 2 for sale. Got them for Jemma's hind feet when she cut the frog and they are too big for her. One boot still has yellow sticker on it, other one was on Jemma's foot for 5 sec to realize they are way too big (didn't even tight the gator). The instructions and the key are included. The only thing missing is original box - I trashed it right away as I received them. 
I want $134 (shipping included).
I used Edge (size 1) all last Summer on rather rocky trails with stream crossing (Patapsco, Gillis Falls, etc.) and they still look great. Edge is more easy to put on then Bare (which I used before) and so far I've been happy with it.
