Hi I have a western saddle with a brand but I can’t make out the signature if anybody can help that would be great.

Is it a barrel saddle? Roping saddle? Any other markings on it like on the cinch keeper or latigo carrier? That might help narrow it down. That’s a pretty fancy signature

It definitely looks like "Mat..." something.
Don't know if this helps lol, but the first letter is for sure a huge, intricate 'm'

By now, it's a guessing game...Looks like Matt Frost, I didn't even notice that the letter after 'Mat' was a 't', so that crosses off another letter 😂.

After the 2nd 't', it looks like this: 'ehmt' but that doesn't make sense at all...?

There is a western saddle maker named Matthew Thompson with MT Saddlery. That last part of the last name looks like it has a “t” in it though.

Now that you say that, the 2nd pic kind of looks like 'Matthew', but some letters look backward...Hilarious.
OP where did you get the saddle? Used, trainer, friend, custom, consignment store...etc?

It just seems like everytime I look at the signature, it changes lol
Now it seems like "Mattedrat" Omgoodness
Whatever it says, it is fancy, and when we figure it out, it will be obvious

Well, look closely...The first letter is definitely an ‘m’, and we think it says ‘Matt’ at first, but the ‘m’ is SUPER fancy.
But, I think just are right...It does say ‘st’ at the end!
