My horse Otis is branded with Rafter HL, Manny missed branding season from the same ranch. My colt will be branded in 2 months, same brand. So I went ahead got branded. My husband is livid, whatever:rolleyes: I love it!

Tattoos aren't for everyone, but I love it. I wanted something edgy but personal horse related. My husband is over the top furious, but hey, I didn't get a face tattoo :ROFLMAO:

I had to reread your thread again, I was thinking this was your brand, lol..

I have my own brand thats registered to me in my county that I always wanted to do a small one on the inside of my wrist or on my ankle, but just have not done it, maybe one day.

I'll see if I can find it, its just a simple brand with my initials, couple of my horses carry it as well as my custom saddle pads.

Tattoos are not for me, or on me, not in any shape, form or size...
Nope....
I can not imagine sitting still allowing someone to "draw" on me, sticking me with a needle that many times.

That said, if you like it and are happy then so be it and enjoy.
Hubby may be furious but he either gets over it or....well, he gets over it or not.

The saying to each their own in this case fits.
I have no feeling one way or the other.
Your body and you get to do what you wish to it within reason and acceptable to the laws of your area being followed.
If you're happy, so be it.

I always said if I was to get a tattoo, it would be a smiley face on the bottom of my big toe. That way, when I'm laying on the beach, everyone can see I'm happy! And it would be well covered the rest of the time.

Man such positivity everywhere haha! My thinking is, one body, one life, why wouldn't we have as much harmless fun as we can and do the things that bring us joy! Not really for us to have opinions but I think it's a cool move. I really love the little horseshoes too. Plus anytime people ask about it you have an excuse to tell them all about your ponies 😝

The one tattoo I had the good Lord saw fit to remove in a very dramatic way. All that's left is the scar. Never got another. Figure if that wasn'ta sign I'd never recognize one.

I like it. It's edgy and if it's you and you're happy with it then enjoy it. He'll get over it or not.

Thats all that's important, that you are happy with them. After all, you're the one wearing them.

I like watching Ink Master, some beautiful artwork is created.

The only person that needs to be happy with a tattoo is the person wearing the tattoo. Congrats on being gutsy enough to get something you really wanted.
I love tattoos. I have two and I would like to get another, but my skin is aging and not the easiest to put ink into so I do not a third coming.

I love cool tattoos on other people. The fact that I’m an artist myself, and can always instantly see anything “off” with artwork, means that unfortunately I’d be pretty impossible to please and would only see what I dislike about anything on me. So I’ve abstained. But I admire people who go for it and love their results. Maybe someday I’ll get over myself! 😄

Do you have any other ink?

I dont have nothing against Tattoos, my two sons have them, my daughter in law's have them and my nephew is a Tattoo artist, so pretty much runs in the family, lol.

Like I said I would love one on the inside of my wrist with my brand but to chicken to get it done, lol..
