Don't know what you mean by a 'growing princess' but diet & nutrition play HUGE parts in growing healthy hooves. If Amigo's feet are substantially worse than that, I'd be suspecting it's a dietary as well as a mechanical issue. You can trim to alleviate hoof imbalance regardless of diet, but it is a lot more & ongoing careful work if diet isn't helpful.

As you're feeding Triple Crown Safe Starch Forage you might do better to replace the hay pellets with their Low Starch pellets - they have more nutritional value and safe for IRS horses
I feed Remission as a supplement - switched from Quiessence to that - and it seems to have improved the overall condition of my IR mare and also one that I have with a low thyroid problem
