I need help!! A cobbler wrecked my used konigs komet boots. I brought them in to get stretched, and they were in mint condition. Once I got my boots back, the whalebone was coming out of the back, and a seam in the top ripped, ripping the leather:evil: . I'm extremely angry because he pretended nothing was wrong:x .
Do you know if konigs have a warranty protecting this or if I have legal rights to make the cobbler pay for my boots. Thanks for the help!!

P.s. The boots are about 3 year old, and I bought them used

I would of made a fuss at the time, I don't know what legally you can do if you paid for them and brought them home. I would call and demand an explanation. Make it clear you won't go there again and will recommend other people not to unless they are fixed.

Like I said I don't know details so hopefully someone with legal experience can step in.
