I have a sorrel quarter horse gelding that I run speed events with and I am look for a new color theme. I currently have a zebra set of tack and a lime green set. Just wondering what you would think would look good on him! I want to get custom painted tack so I need to pick something! I was thinking like turquoise checkered? Post pictures of what you have!

Well my color scheme is purple! I have zebra bell boots but I have all four legs in Legacy boots or purple polo wraps, purple reins, purple checkered blanket, purple breast collar, and purple tail extensions!

Why not intermix the green and zebra? It would be loud, fun, and I LOVE mixing zebra with other colors.

That was my plan originally when I got him! I couldn't seem to find a good saddle pad or anything else that was the lime zebra. I do like purple though!

yes it is!!! i hope you were able to find something there! (pricey though huh? sheeeesh) and hey my gelding quite frequently is adorned in super feminine tack. i'm pretty sure he could care less ahha!

I have turquoise on my sorrel gelding..It really stands out on the sorrel.!! And lucky2008 where di you get that headstall and did they have other colors??

I use royal blue for my horse, she's quite the red head so the darker blue looks lovely on her.

I use lime w/black trim and black w/tan trim on my red roan gelding (he looks sorrel in his pics but is roaning out) he also looks really good in blue but I sooooo love his lime green! It stands out amazingly well on him. Can see him in all his colors on my horses page (Chief) I can't post pics from my iPad :-( anyways, lime is I think going to be his color theme when he goes to rodeos.
