Pictures like these, although nice, don't show how the horse truly is built.
A fake extended neck, hind legs stretched out in a false stance distorts true body conformation..

Can you get/take more "normal" pictures of the horse for a better idea of how the horse looks standing naturally not in a show ring stance...
I know of no horse who stands normally with head and neck at such angles...nor do their legs place that way naturally unless a gelding urinating and not wanting a splash on him.

Sorry....
I think the pictures actually discredit the horses build from a conformation judging for a riding horse point of view you ask for.
If this is how this horse truly stands on his own, at liberty....I would not want anything to do with this horse.
In a show ring for a "in-hand" class...fine.
For conformation pictures...no, not working for me.
Obviously you know this or you would not of made previous apologies for them.
New and better pictures shared please...there are many threads here with pictures shared that you can see so you can also share the same kind for a honest assessment.

I am aware of how correct conformation images are made, unfortunately, this is all I have to go on as these were sent to me. I must agree that Arabians are displayed quite interestingly in regards to head placement when up for sale... (search Arabian colt for sale into google and you'll see what I mean! I'll ask again for proper pictures, the likelihood of getting useful ones is definitely low though. Thank you for your comment nonetheless.

If a seller can't be bothered to provide pictures and video as requested (within reason) then I would keep looking. The head placement isn't the concern as much as the rear being parked out behind. You can hide a lot of flaws with that pose.

I would actually pass him by for endurance/jumping on the forelegs alone, though.

I can't comment on his hind end because of his pose but his front end gives me a little pause. His shoulder and pastern angulation are not impressive, and his cannons look sort of weak. A front and rear pic and a movement video would tell a lot.

If your heart says buy, take an experienced pessimistic friend with you if you go look at him.

I wouldn't be as severe on my critique of him. I like his large hocks, and long legs. His shoulder is fine. Maybe not so great for jumping, as the angle of his forearme seems a bit more on the horizontal angle , which makes it a bit harder to lift front legs. Also, he has a hint of being back at the knee. But, he might be a lovely saddle mount, with lots of presence and go. He is by no means poorly conformed.
