Your friend seems to hunch up over her horse. I'd like to see a bit of arch in her lower back. Her hands need to have thumbs on top.

I feel that the mare could do with losing a bit of weight, not much just enough to get rid of the belly.

She's leaning too far forward, her shoulders need to be in line with/slightly behind her hips (on the flat)

The horse is carrying her head awfully low, should be level with the rider's waist (or that's what I've always been taught)

when ur friend is jumping she is raising to far out of the saddle and her leg is slipping to far back.
