Customs duty fees on tack from UK to US?

Hoping someone has done this before. We are in the U.S. My daughter wants to buy a saddle off Ebay that would be shipped from the UK. We can't find good information on possible duty fees. Has anyone done this before and were there fees?

I've bought tack from the UK off of eBay, the only difference was that the shipping was more. Anywhere from $12 - $30 depending on what the item was. I never had a saddle shipped, so that will probably be much more... the $12 - $30 was for bridles, martingales, boots, etc.
