Hey there, I have written once before about my horses attitude. At first we thought it was pain, and it got ruled out, we got his feet checked there fine. My trainer and the BO and me all have come to the conclusion its attitude.
The issue with my horse is he is lazy! He would rather just stand around and walk around then actually do any work, but me and my trainer figured out that if I quit being so suckey suckey with him and get down to buisness he is a good boy. Now I still had the issue of asking for the canter and getting a couple of bucks. We have worked through that, and now I rarley get any bucks and little attitude.
A couple of days ago I went to lunge him (he has done it many times before) and holy Crap was he a little ***! (pardon my lauguage) Now this upset me because he was doing sooooooo good on the flat and then I get this, He has always lunged good but all of a sudden he starts being stupid.
Any suggestions? Do you think he is testing me? Does anyone else deal with a horse with an attitude? (Please be nice)
