I own a welsh sec c almost 3 year old pony who is very excitiable and gorgeous. Unfortunatly though recently when i tie her up to be groomed she has started to pull herself away and break most of my lead reins any remedies?:)

My filly used to do the same. The blocker tie ring works wonders and is super easy to move to wherever you want to tie your horse.

I second a blocker ring...

I also advise you to teach her to ground tie, then start looping the lead over the fence, then start putting through the blocker ring...

Some horses can get clausterphobic for some reason or other, and teaching him\her to stand ground tied, can alleviate some of that anxiety, because they aren't solidly tied. When they are successfully doing that, they are usually easily transferred to a post.

I currently have two young horses I've been working with for about 5 months, and I never really taught them to 'tie'...they were taught to ground tie, then I just started slipping the lead rope up and over the fence, and eventually started tying them...they tie beautifully, and aren't anxious either.
