Please mind that this is after me not riding for 2 months. Please no critiques on Bear. =]

I noticed that I am tipping forward some and that my arms are really straight. My hands seems better then they used to be. My back isnt as arched in as normal, which im happy about. Any one notice that I have contant?! I finally shortened my reins (I think that is why I was tipping forward...)

Round your shoulders, flatten those shoulder blades against your back. Hands follow shoulders, so if your hands look bad, its most likely an upper body issue.

Dont give your hands away. Sometimes I ride with a crop infront of my elbows, behind my back, if that makes and sence. Or pretend your holding a serving platter on top of your hands, with full tea cups on it. They idea is to get the energy to go forward through your hands/body, if you are off balance that engergy is going to escape.

Put your leg at the girth, that should help you from tipping forward. Sit on your butt not your croch.

Thank you silly! =] I feel like I just need to get back onto my rump and pull my elbows back and I will be more balanced. I was trying to sit back, but dont have much core muscles to keep me there, hehe.
I have done the crop behind back thing, and all I can say is OUCH! Haha. Im going to try and get my friend Sam (KlassicSuperstar) out here, it helps to have someone on the ground to watch what im doing.

I have a clinic a week from today and then on the 7th of Feb. I have another clinic/lesson thing at my trainers farm. =]
