So, I have a problem with always looking down. My trianer said I'd be 100 times better if I looked up. I have no problem with it over jumps, but when it comes to leads, even if I feel the leads, I always look down for some reason. And help with this?

Since you know that you do it, set your eyes on a certian spot, like a tree in the distance, and don't take your eyes off it.

It isn't your eyes that are the problem, it is your head.
Think about loosening all the muscles in your neck and balancing your head on top of your shoulders using only balance - no muscle tension.
You also must make sure you are sitting with a vertical spine in order for this to work.

In riding and especially when fixing bad habits, we want to avoid forcing a posture, instead naturally balancing into it. Good luck!
