I've been working with my mare that I've had for two years now. We've come to the conclusion that she is a left barrel horse, although when going to the first barrel she pops up out of it when going to turn she pops out to the right. I have been working with her on this for awhile, with all kinds of slow work. Even tried going back to the right barrel, but that gives her two left turn. She goes to her second and third barrel great and has no hesitation. If i lope her up to the first barrel and guide her through she will go around it, if I let her pick up speed to the first barrel she pops up and out.

If anyone could give me some tips that would be great, I wanna work through this cause I know she has so much potential!
