I need some help getting my 2 year old palomino colts mane and tail bright white. Let me know any tips or tricks you have to get those stains out of a white mane & tail! Here's some pictures of our first wash already a major difference but I know there's got to be some jacks out there to make it even whiter

Quick N Brite. I used it on all my horses. It's a pink gel, you melt it in the microwave then add to warm water. I love the stuff! Even on your darker colors, you will never believe just how much brighter they are after a bath with it. Plus, it leaves their hair coat sooo soft!
I looked at their site, and they are advertising it as a general household cleaner, but when I first bought it, it was at the fair, and advertised as an animal shampoo. All I can tell you is it works! I have used it for years.

I’ve read that catchup removes the yellow from white manes but I never tried it. As far as I remember, you soak the mane for about 10 minutes in it and wash it out. Sounds harmless and cheap.

@Zimalia22 how long do you leave it in to "soak"? I'm looking to try something different.
I just soap up the entire horse, mane and tail first. By the time you're ready to rinse, they should be clean. If not, work it in again, and rinse.
I never had it take very long.

Weaver’s Whitening shampoo! I once took a horse of mine to a state show who decided to roll in red clay overnight, took him to the vet for his coggins and inspection covered in it too. Spent about two hours bathing him in this stuff and he came out CLEAN!
