Yesterday it was scorching hot and my first visit to watch a polo match. I took my camera and was pleased it had a pretty good zoom as most these photos were taken at a great distance. Anyway, it was good fun, but really I'm not that keen on polo as a sport as it is so hard on the horses.

Hope you like the pics:)

I don't play but those are some fantastic pictures!

I went to a match once when in the UK on business, some club around the Windsor area. I think it was just a practice match because it was during the week and there were only a handful of spectators. But so much fun to see the gorgeous horses and the action!

The winning team were from Windsor!:D I think there are usually just a small crowd of spectators, but this was a big match apparently as you can see from the crowds replacing divots. Didn't see any celebs or royalty though.

Great pictures. I used to watch some small matches in Texas many years ago. I believe it was on the outskirts of San Antonio.
