and prayers needed!
After a grueling 9 years of surgery, I am finally just about fully functional to misbehave myself. This is surely(better be anyways) the last surgery I have. Ironically as I am typing this up, I am actually typing in cast, with just my left index finger and my full functioning right hand SURPRISE.
WARNING! some extremely graphic medical photos in this thread! do not scroll down if you have a sensitive stomach!
I will post a very short and sweet history for those of you who do not know me personally.
I suffered from a bad wrist fracture back in 97 during a riding lesson. I missed a distance while cantering downhill over an oxer which ultimately me and the horse falling down. I received a fairly minor injury considering the accident, but nonetheless, an injury that will have caused some severe pain and wrist instability until this month where I received my last surgery.
With this wrist injury I suffered for years. I was unable to do a lot of the basic things we all take for granted.
I had a total of 8 reconstructive surgeries on my wrist alone from wrist scopes, to partial wrist fusions, to ligament and tendon grafts to finally doing a full fusion. Pictures below:

Many various pictures as I got casts removed and new ones put on...

A couple of the latest wrist post op pics as I got closer to being fixed up
