I have a Reinsman Tacky Too pad, but not the exact one you posted. It has a Tacky bottom but a navajo blanket top. Anyway, I really like the way it looks and everything, but I started using a another blanket underneath it instead of having the tacky bottom next to the horse.
My horse has rubbing on his loin area and this pad did nothing to help that, and maybe even made it worse. So I still use it, but I prefer to have a wool Mayatex blanket next to the horse. I love my wool blankets!
If you have a saddle that slips around, it would probably help. But then again, if you have a saddle that slips, it is really the fit of the saddle and probably not the pad that needs correcting.
But I have no problem with the quality of the pad. It is very nice quality.
