Hi! I'm LauraKate! I have two horses, Dawn, a bay mare, and Dusty, her "green-broke" chestnut colt. As of now, I can't ride them much, but this spring, I'll train them so that I can actually stay on their backs! :wink: Since I have next to no experience at all, I figured this forum wold help.
I have several interests, such as 4-H, knitting/crocheting, (a little,) gardening, reading, cooking, and anything to do with animals. But horses are my favorite, of course!

Oops... I meant Louisiana, not Los Angeles. Sorry about that. I had another horse once before these, but I almost never rode her. I was to young to tack her up by myself, and my family, who are not horse people, never had time to help. Now that I am older and more independent, I plan on becoming a horse trainer, and working on a cattle ranch 'way out west!
