Hey there everyone! So I think we finally figured out Bear's tattoo number... Y44207. I would really like some help trying to find out any info you can get on him! Reg. name... Racing info... ANYTHING.

Bear is doing pretty good. I have upped his hay, he is getting his next blanky on tonight (he already has a medium/heavey weight on with a fleecy under that [he will be getting a medium weight on tonight]). He has been on beet pulp, which seems to be helping. I havent gotten him any cool cals yet, but soon hopefully. I cant start riding him again next month! But, we will see what the farrier says. Hopefully it will be something like, "Well, his heels are better and you can start light work and we can go from there," or better. Bear is getting bored sitting out in the pasture, though im sure he doesnt mind being a pasture puff all that much.

So please help out guys!!! I would really like to know any info you guys can find on him! I attached my favorite picture of him. =]

PS: Our three month was yesterday! Time flies, I just cant get over how much he has changed already. =,]

No, but I know his show name is Polar Express. That is the show name that he has been using for all of his show year if I understand correctly.

Hmm, that might be him. I will look into that. If I see even one picture, I will know if it is him. Here is a picture, the Y is off to the side a bit more. When I bought him they said that they thought he was 12, but the Y is easy to read, so I am pretty sure that he is 14. "/

Haha, im not sure if Bear was that good on the track, he doesnt have the best confo, but what OTTB does.... I am going to try and contact Smolderin Heart's sire's owners and see if they know anything. Here is SH's sire: Thoroughbred Stallion Pulling Punches Louisiana Red River Farms

Here is SH's pedigree: Thoroughbred Stallion Pulling Punches Louisiana Red River Farms

Here is Alarming Call's pedigree: Alarming Call Thoroughbred

I find that Buckpasser looks a bit like Bear, but maybe its just me. The only thing he lacks are those crazy high withers!
