hey, my name's Amanda. I'm new to the forum here. I have a 6 year old bay that I have with me at Lamar Community College for the Equine Business Management program. I'm hoping that I can enter in some open/amateur reining or cow work type competitions with his this summer so I joined this forum looking for any tips I could get on him.
Right now it's his spins I need help with lol. He's a lazy little thing and I can't seem to get him to pick up any speed.
my other horse is a 28 year old QH who I have had for 13 years who is still in amazing shape but he's become a grumpy old man haha
I'd like to let everyone know that I'm here not only to receive some tips but to help out as much as I can as well. As I said I'm in school for a degree in Equine Business Management and we also have a colt training program that I'm considering as well.
Thanks for reading and I hope to get to know a few of you and give/receive some good advice.
