Hey everyone, my name is Shian, i am thirteen years old, well, i will be in December. I'v been riding all my life.. my mum and dad got me my first horse when i was four days old, and i have loved them ever since. I didnt really choose horse riding over any other sport, i just grew up riding and it was all i knew. I am currently competing in loads of shows and im doing eventing. I get my new eventer mare, Penny, on Monday, whitch will be really fun. I am the eldest kid in my family and i have one little brother, and one little sister. They share a Welsh pony mare called Deb. My parents (used to) both ride. My dad still rides, but my mum doesnt much anymore because she has been bucked off and hurt badley. My dad does reining and western pleasure. I get lessons twice a week off a very experienced eventer. (James.) He is teaching me all i need to know. [=. Megan Jones and Pippa Funnell are my idols. I look up to them so so much [=. I spend 98% of my time with my horses and training, and 2% of the rest of my life. I am quite a dedicated young rider (As my instructor says).
