There are a lot of riders in my school and I was wondering how I could get everyone together and start a team. I don't know anything about what it would take. Does anyone have any experiance was riding on a team? Most of us ride at differant barns, and I don't know of any other high school teams in the area. There are other drill teams, but almost all of us are english riders. We still could do drills though. Do you think this would even work? Give me what you think.

Thanks for the info. But does anyone have any experiance with any kind of drill team? How often do you meet up? How often do you compete?
