Homeopathic or naturopathic? I've had great success with both. However, I've always combined treatment with traditional veterinary care. For example, our racehorses get a variety of different natural supplements (brewers yeast, Hawaiian sea salt, apple cider vinegar, aloe vera, kale, calcium citrate etc, etc) They also receive naturopathic treatments such as chiropractic, accupuncture and massage. We are looking into an osteopath as well. While we have great success with these treatments, we don't abandon veterinary care - if we have a lame horse that need it's knees done, or a horse in distress, you bet we call the vet or give the shot.
I look after my own health this way, and it has been great. I especially like osteopaths. They are amazing!
