Used these today for Hondo's x-rays. Worked absolutely great. Easy to get him square with both cannons vertical. And if his foot had moved a little, which it didn't, the tech could have just slid the screen a little.


They use 2 1/2" platform so I added 1/2" of mat on the bottom. Made it perfect and anti-slip.


I grazed him a little to insure he was ok ahead of time.


For those that don't know, those are easycare shells his feet are in. But about any hoof boot could be used.


Both feet are supposed to be at the same elevation with vertical cannons to properly evaluate any phlangeal rotation.
