I'm just wondering if most of everybody does it the same way or if I can find out some new ways that might work better One way that I use is wiggling the horses nose until he reaches it down, but sometimes it feels like he's just bracing against me when he does it. The other way I do it which only works half the time for me, and doesn't necessarily round his entire body every time is to take the outside rein as far down as possible with plenty of pressure without pulling his head towards it, and take the inside rein pretty far up with less pressure. He'll find it uncomfortable then end up rounding to get comfortable. Takes some inside leg pressure too, and then once I get them rounded or reaching down, I'm supposed to ask them to go slightly faster to keep the energy and roundness, but I've never really gotten that to work to keep it. Do you guys use any other things? Thanks in advance!
