I was looking through Mana's sire's pedigree and found that one of his reletives from pretty far back should actually be listed as a half arabian, not full arabian because she is half Trakehner! Is this normal? How did this happen? Someone please explain it to this silly little blonde!:?

Here is the one that should be half, and all subsequent horses are listed as purebred arabian as well.

That's what I thought too. It actually isn't my mare whos pedigree I'm worried about. I know that she is 15/16 arabian. This is for the sire of my colt, who is supposed to be purebred. I think you are right in that someone just put in the wrong name, but I wanted to get some opinions on it since it was wierd. When I go to see about getting my colt registered I'll probably ask about it. Thanks!

Oh, I know that he will be registered as half arabian, this really wasn't about that. I just came upon that little indiscrepancy while looking around one day and thought it was odd. What would we need to do to get it changed on there? It really isn't a big problem or anything, it's only allbreed, but it would be nice to have it correct.
