I was looking through Mana's sire's pedigree and found that one of his reletives from pretty far back should actually be listed as a half arabian, not full arabian because she is half Trakehner! Is this normal? How did this happen? Someone please explain it to this silly little blonde!:?

Here is the one that should be half, and all subsequent horses are listed as purebred arabian as well.

That's what I thought too. It actually isn't my mare whos pedigree I'm worried about. I know that she is 15/16 arabian. This is for the sire of my colt, who is supposed to be purebred. I think you are right in that someone just put in the wrong name, but I wanted to get some opinions on it since it was wierd. When I go to see about getting my colt registered I'll probably ask about it. Thanks!

Oh, I know that he will be registered as half arabian, this really wasn't about that. I just came upon that little indiscrepancy while looking around one day and thought it was odd. :D What would we need to do to get it changed on there? It really isn't a big problem or anything, it's only allbreed, but it would be nice to have it correct.
