LOL, at the top of the page you'll see several links (User CP, Horses, FAQ, New Posts, etc) including Horse Chat.

Whatarush43, you do need to have so many posts and/or have been a member for a month before you will have access to chat. The exact number has slipped my mind, but I will find out...

At the top of the page where you see your User CP link, there's a link to the Horse Chat. Click that and a new window full of wonderful real-time chat opportunities shall open for your viewing pleasure
