Delfina, you may not have to get a whole new saddle. If you like the one that you have got, you might be able to just find some shorter leathers that will fit you, or you might be able to punch enough holes up farther on the stirrup leather to allow you to make it shorter. I had to punch 2 more holes in my old saddle so that the stirrups would fit.

Or anybody that makes or repairs saddles could replace the leathers that will go shorter. If the saddle fits well there is no need to replace it because of the leathers. They usually cost about 60 dollars per set to replace around here.

2 Horses.

2 wintec 500 AP
1 custom Peter Nelson stock saddle
1 County dressage saddle
1 Stubben jumping saddle

I don't use the dressage or jumping saddle though, and a friend is using one of my wintecs.

My sister-in-law took the saddle in and the tack shop owner told her it that it wasn't possible to put more holes in. He couldn't believe they aren't short enough right now, so I'm going to going to go in and have him fit me, he thinks I probably need a 14.5" saddle or a 14" if my legs are that short.

I use a 14" for lessons and it's fine (stirrups on the shortest setting fit) but it just feels a little small. It could just be that particular saddle and a different 14" would be better though.
