I am not a vet so I can't really say what the best thing to do is. Maybe you could try taking a pic and seeing if you can send it to your vet.
If you think it needs to be stitched then for sure call the vet!

Turn her out if you can. The movement will help move the fluids out.

Other than that, you can cold hose and put a standing wrap on.

As said above, it doesn't seem bad. Cold hose it if possible, if not, a bag of frozen peas works better than ice packs as they're more limber and you can wrap them around leg better

Clean the area, apply a good antibiotic ointment such as a plain triple antibiotic ointment and then wrap it. While it doesn't look too bad, this is a wound that you need to keep an eye on because it could have damaged the tendon or tendon sheath and infections in these structures can be very serious.

Call your vet and see if he ok's the use of a bit of Bute to help with the swelling and to get his list of things to watch for that would indicate a need for more serious evaluation and treatment.

clean it put something like Blue Kote on it or anything antibiotic to protect it and help it heal, put a wrap on it if you want. but really theres not much fill, i wouldnt worry too much. i dont think it warrants a vet.
