I will be showing at County Fair and Kirkwood Saddlebred shows this year and I need to know if I can wear paddock boots and half-chaps because I can't find affordable boots that will fit my calves all the ones I have fouind are $500 plus! Does anyone know if its okay to do so? Would appreciate any knowledge you can give me!

Your best bet would be to find the rules that the show follows or call them and ask. If they are schooling shows paddock boots and chaps should be fine, but anything bigger and you might need tall boots.
