Looking for a 2-3 day a week leaser for my mare. Leaser must be able to commit to their days as well as to their scheduled lessons. That being said, schedule is flexible. Beverley is only for part-lease on property due to my unfortunate time constraints.
Beverley is a 17.2h 7 y/o TB. She is a big boned girl, built more like a WB. Suitable to any level of rider, beginner-advanced. Overall she is a big sweetheart and has a great personality. Beverley is not at all your typical TB, she is very sane, but due to her size I would like a rider who is intermediate-advanced level, who is a confident, yet quiet rider, as well as looking to be in a consistent lesson program with my coach. Beverley is very honest and willing to please, she really wants to make her rider happy. She is not flighty or hot. W/T/C on lunge, W/T/C under saddle (or bareback). Goes on lunge line or free lunging. Has been started over small fences, she pops right over no hesitation (gone 3'3" so far with potential to move up). Free jumps 4' with ease. Goes on the hacking trail around property and on the road with ease. Stands for vet/farrier and to groom/tack up. Quick learner. She is kept UTD on everything. Very much a "people horse", loves attention and very "in your pocket". Sane enough for my green to horses boyfriend to ride on his own W/T/C, as well as double bareback. She takes everything as if she has been doing it her whole life. She tends to be on the lazier end of things - goes on the buckle no problem - but will try her heart out for you and has energy if you ask for it (though never hot).
Beverley is located at a wonderful facility in the ******** area of **********, close to highway exits. Large outdoor and indoor on site, seating available in outdoor and heated viewing area in indoor. Hot/cold wash bay, grooming areas. Individual tack lockers. Large roomy stalls and wide isle ways. Extremely friendly boarders/staff. Grass hacking area. Close to trails. Beverley will be starting her show career this season, our focus is mainly hunters/eq - (the ONLY reason this mare has not shown yet has been due to my own hectic schedule, she is more than ready and has potential+). Leaser will be welcome to show.
Beverley is in consistent work and will continue in consistent work.
Looking for a longer-term leaser.
Beverley is not for sale and also not willing to move facilities, part lease on property only.
Quality tack/grooming supplies included in lease, appropriate riding gear must be brought by you.
Owner to cover all vet/farrier/misc. expenses. / Leaser to cover basic lease rate as well as cost of lessons.
HCBC required.
Please inquire for more info/pictures/videos, as well as rates for lease & coaching. PM me here for exact location as well!
