I can't submit a photo in the monthly Horse Forum contest. It just goes to a page that says what the month's theme is and that photos that don't follow that theme will be removed. There is no where to click on the submit a photo. Is anyone else having this problem?

I went to test this out but because it is in the voting period, I cannot test it out. If you enter next months contest and have the same issue please post here and I will look into it.

It started working right before the deadline, so I was able to enter my photo. I'll tell you if I have the same problem next month. Thanks!
