Right I'm putting this somewhere other than Facebook because I'm so happy! Spent Christmas partly miserable because despite sending my CV to shops and businesses and handing in several I had no offers of an interview. Filled in a few online applications and sent off some more CVS a couple of days ago for McDonalds and a few other places and now I have two interviews!!!!!! One's from McDonalds and the other is from a company that employs the people we hate, the dreaded knockers on doors (duh duh duuuhh). Now I know it's not a set deal I'll get a job but going to go to the interviews for both and I'm hoping I get the second one because the pay is so much better. Here in Britain minimum wage for someone my age is £3.53/hour which is what McDonald's will be paying me but this other place is paying £7/hour!! What's actually quite depressing is the fact that's almost as much as my Dad is getting paid but still WHOOOP!!! I'm in a childishly happy mood now.
. It's a nice achievement during these days when the recession isn't all over yet. Hope you'll get some job.
