Is this normal?

I was looking at Pinto yesterday and I noticed that his eyes are a bit goopy/runny. Is it normal for paints to have that on the white side of their faces? He has had it a couple times before and it always clears up, but I was just wondering if it is normal.

I don;t think its necessarily a "white side of his face" thing as much as it is a "right side" thing. My TB gets goopy eyes, mostly on his right side as well. As long as you can rule out eye problems, theres nothing to worry about.
