I have had horses of all breeds and sizes

Ive had several get goopy eyes from time to time, usually this is because of irritants that are being washed out of the eye

Unless the eye is bloodshot or cloudy you dont need to worry, horses get a mild flue bug every once in a while too, most of the time without any other factors and leaves quickly

if it only lasts for a few days dont worry, when its there after a week or more or the eye does not look normal then call the vet
