Is this normal?

I was looking at Pinto yesterday and I noticed that his eyes are a bit goopy/runny. Is it normal for paints to have that on the white side of their faces? He has had it a couple times before and it always clears up, but I was just wondering if it is normal.

Mine all take turns having some eye goop in winter due to hay feeder/dust-dirt, I believe. As long as there isn't signs of tenderness or pain it isn't an alarm bell. Squinting or excessive runny eyes would be tho.
