First off remember that critiquing of a horse, any horse is all someones opinion....just a opinion, good or bad and personal preferences...
Take all comments offered by others as just that...a personal opinion.

So...
He's cute and at only 4 is still growing, maturing and will have skeletal changes yet occur.
His face and forehead are flat, appear wide set eyes and nicely shaped ear/eye...expressive expression and kind eye. He looks interested in his surroundings and what is going on.
His head is not to long that it detracts from him as happens sometimes.
His neck is sort of short and not a really clean throat-latch but not horrible either...when you look to be trying to collect and round him he is having some difficulty I think.
I kind-of like his shoulder angle...
His neck ties in higher than I like at the chest and at the wither he has the dimple, not my favorite either.
He to me is rather straight behind in his leg placement.
I'm not sure if he is short-striding in your one picture, how you are intentionally riding him or if he is unable to fully reach forward with his hind leg under his body.
His hindquarters just because of his age are going to change but there just seems less "volume" to them...he doesn't currently balance together front to back as well as he could..
Again, that is going to change as he matures. 6 months from now he will look very different than he does now...he is yet a baby.
He has beautiful markings and intelligence in his eyes.
He is going to change quite a bit yet as he matures in height and width along with muscling...so much can change his appearances.
I would bring home a prospect like him with what appears a pleasant disposition and willing attitude any day.
The best of luck with him....

Ithink the second picture on top, shows him standing best, to judge conformation
To me he looks quite well balanced, with a neck that teis in nice and high, although not fond of the dip where it ties into the whithers
Nice slope to shoulders,, and good short back
I would like to see a bit more bone, but appears to have clean limbs.
Typical OTTB, far as toes a bit long, and heels appearing somewhat under run, He does appear like he might be landing toe first, but a picture is only a moment in time, and with feet done, and video, way better to judge movement
I myself have taken picture of my horses, while lunging them, with some frames looking very good and others where a wrong moment was caught
Over all, looks like anice horse

He looks like a horse you could do something with, is my first impression. Lotta leg! Like his shoulder, his expression, and his overall balance.
