Just for fun... what breed do you see?

I just bought a new mare. I have no idea what she is if anything other than a sweet pretty little girl. I have had a couple of opinions shared with me on what they see in her.

She is gaited, has a nice slow smooth rack but anything fast gets a little rough. She is supposed to be only 5.

Does anyone see any particular traits that say she could be this or that.

It doesn't matter to me one way or other, I already love her. I think she is going to make me a very good horse but as always curiosity is peaking.

The guy in the back, my big boy Trace is a happy guy right now..... I just introduced them this morning and she is in full fledged heat LOL... she wants him to be nice to her but he says, "Darlin, I just can't because someone snipped the tools way back long ago!"

Thanks or the replies, hmmm, I never even considered that she may have TWH in her. She has a small head to me and usually TWH's don't?

The two opinions shared (not on the forum but friends of mine) were that she has Saddlebred in her and the other said they think she has Quarter in her.

I think Guilherme is probably the closest. ;-)

I'm really enjoying the replies!

I am learning that she is a Miss Bossy Hoss! She puts the gelding in his place. I don't ever remember having such a bossy mare. It's been a few years (approx. 22) that I've owned horses so coming back to this, I think I forgot some of the things there did. LOL

That sure looked like a smooth ride. My big red gelding is a twh and he's got a nice little gait like that. Just think, get her on a straight away and let her go as fast as her gait stays smooth and you will feel like you're flying. The older I get, the better my back likes the 4 beat gaits.:D

She looks to have TWH and or MO Fox Trotter. A basic saddle horse. If she gaits then that's a plus.

I just looked at the videos and she is step pacing. (the hind foot hits the ground a fraction faster than the front.) can be very smooth.
