I've been teaching myself recently how to assess a horse's conformation. I found this article that went down the list of the basics of this, but it isn't good for getting good at it. I can tell if a horse needs muscling and if it has a long back and if it's toed out or pigeon toed but that's it.

Is there any resources like videos, more articles, and books that would help me improve in this area?

The barn that I take lessons at and taught me how to ride, gave me a sheet almost exactly like this one below that was very helpful in determining conformation. Of course it also helped they brought out different horses to give us a real life visual of the incorrect and correct conformations.

Sorry if it’s not what you meant, but I think it does a good job with visual conformation and gives you examples that are not correct.
