My mare had been getting mild diarrhea on and off.. She still has solid round balls of poop but a bit of liquid that comes out with it. She also has some liquid come out when she has gas. Also, it's not complete streaming down her legs but she does get it all in her butt cheeks. I wash it out every day with mild soap and water so her skin doesn't get irritated but I'm not sure what's causing it.

She had it for a week or so and then it went away. Now it seems to be back again for a little over a week now.
I ran her through a heavy course of psyllium just in case it could be from sand.

Her feed hasn't changed at all.. She gets 1.5 flakes of alfalfa twice a day and 1 flake of Timothy once a day. I asked the barn manager if maybe the hay is a different batch and he said its all the same hay.

She is also up to date on deworming, has plenty of fresh water, and a salt/mineral block.

Any ideas on why she could have the mild diarrhea?

Sometimes the good gut bacteria stop working like they should and need a little boost with a Pre-probiotic:)

The only thing to control what you're describing in my Arab has been

Daily Start. http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=16165&cmpid=06csegpl&ref=6111&subref=AA&CAWELAID=525367262

It's expensive but I feed it to two horses and five pounds last about three months, I think. A little scoop comes in the bag; I feed each horse one scoop daily.

My Arab historically has always gotten worse on spring grass. He's been on Daily Start since early last Fall and his butt is still as dry as it can be, even with all the fresh grass:)
