Hi,
I have black days and nights because of my loved horse. It has stridor, can hardly breath during the last two months. Firstly I was said this is a sinusitis, we got ATB and so on. After that, however, the breath was still not clear, my vet didn't know. I bought vitamins... and then changed the doctor. And the new one said this is either ethmoid hematom, cancer or nasal cyst. We have RTG and endoscopic pictures. What must be done now to find out what is it truly? I have fear of course.. How can I see that this is a nasal cyst or the ethmoid hematom? And how that this is a cancer?

I'm sorry your horse is ill. The sure way to find out what is going on is to do a biopsy. The vet removes a small piece of the lesion & a lab examines it. Don't give up yet as you need answers. Good luck.
