Welcome! I am from the central part of Oklahoma. I have gotten back into horses myself for the last year and I have three horses (one is mine, one is mt hubbies and one is the kiddos) after a twenty year break from them. (I shouldnt be old enough to say that!!...lol) I have noticed that it takes more muscles than I remember to ride so I am getting back into shape the more I ride!!!
