Had a really good ride this week during a lesson. Mare is getting quite strong once we start jumping which is cute because she seems to really enjoy it, but also bad because it means I need to work on a few things with her to teach her to slow down and respect my aids. The weather has been beautiful so I'm looking forwards to this weeks lesson. I had her in a kimberwick during hunt season but I've switched her back to a French link D Ring. Going to work on a few exercises to make sure we have brakes :gallop:
