OMG! I love the tabby!!!

And I literally shuddered at the betta in the tiny vase. :-(

 

They are adorable!!!! We had Bengals when I was a kid and I showed them some and I always loved the SF's that we saw at the cat shows.

I know...poor betta...I actually had him given to me as he was a leftover wedding favor/decoration. I am ordering him a new tank...surprisingly though...bettas can live in very small tanks and still thrive. This little guy won't have to though

 

They have the cutest ears!

 

Heck, if you lived closer, I'd just give you one of my extra tanks. I have a 5.5gal that is sitting empty with no use and a 10 that will be empty soon (poor Dace, my blue/black marble halfmoon betta, appears to be on his way out).

 

That is cute, never knew kittens ears were folded when there still really young.

If you want to try your hand at real plants and are in the US pm me when you get your tank and I will send you some clippings from mine they are really easy to take care of and will help keep the water clean. ; )

You might be getting a PM from me. ;-) I have three tanks at the moment (a 55, a 10 and a 5FBH...with a 20gL I have set up but not stocked, and I'm going to be setting up a 10gal nano reef soon) and all are planted, but I hate the plant selection in my area (just your very basic plants like swords, cabomba, hornwort, etc).

 

Im not really a cat person either...but I am in love with those two!! Adorable!!!

 

The kittens are adorable and I am really glad you are getting the betta a better home so many people think they like being in little tanks but they do not. At one time I had about 40 bettas. I have kept fish for over 20 years now and currently have a 55 gallon, a 45, a 20, a 10, a 5 and two 3 gallons.
