Tell me about Pariani brand saddles! I know nothing about this name. I have decided to pass on the Stubben I posted about a couple days ago and now have my eye on an older Pariani. I’m informed it’s about 30 years old, and has been sitting for the last 25. It looks to be in practically new condition though I haven’t seen it in person as of yet.

What little information I’ve gleaned via google seems to indicated they are quality saddles and used to be popular. But you don’t really see them around anymore? Anyone have an opinion on them? I know nothing, so anything that you can give me is good.

I grew up with a Pariani saddle! I loved it, but I remember it being very low profile with no padding....only a very small knee roll.

This one appears to have a knee block but the outer flap is smooth. Not quite a pancake saddle but pretty minimal. I like the clean style without a lot to it.
