Daisy is beautiful... The view looks high up. Are all the horses yours?!

EDIT: Are those mosses adhering to ???
Thank you! She is a Brittany Spaniel.
There is a large ridge. I had Daisy stay because she was in a nice pose and I went down the steep hill to photo her. 🤪
The horses are my neighbors. And my neighbor's neighbor. XD He has 37 acres and kindly lets us go on his land. He has 5 beautiful horses and his neighbor has the horses on the other side of the fence, the black and white paints and the arab type horse.
They are mosses and they are with lichen on a rock. I put my camera on macro setting so it is really close up.

@HarmonywithHorses your photos are great!! What camera do you use?? Those horses are really beautiful, especially the paint horse. Daisy is soo pretty! I had a dog named Daisy once..... I used to have a pic of her in my media but I removed it.... :( I can't easily find a pic of her.
I can't see several of the pictures. Maybe just because internet is going slow rn.

Oh, that's a tough one! I like the foreground more in the edited one, but the background more in the original.
Thank you!! It is a pretty bad pic but I was just trying to figure it out for some other purpose.

I was with @DollyandAya... Can you adjust the tone of the sky?

@younghorsetrainer: You usually don't show us landscapes. I like this a lot. Is this near where you live?
No, not that I know of. I just sharpened a bit, highlight protectioned a bit, and raised the contrast and color a bit to suit my eye. The sky was a weird color that day.
Yes, I am not much of a landscape person, and I find the landscapes here not as pretty as many other places in the U.S that I see. lol. Yes, this is near where I live. Here is another one if you like...

I was on top of a very tall hill and for the one that I asked for opinions on and ^^ this one I zoomed in, the other one was not zoomed in at all. Just normal, 70mm on the 70-300mm lens.

Wow, I think the area you live in is pretty stellar! Where we lived in the midwest, a lot of people called us flatlanders. It's pretty flat where we're at here in Florida as well.
What do you mean by stellar? I so wish that it wouldn't be so bushy and rocky and hilly around here, there are not very many flat places. It might look pretty flat way up there on the hill, but it is really pretty rough terrain.

stellar = awesome

Yes, a lot of your pictures I can see the rockiness. Your horses have to have good feet that's for sure.

It's a reminds me of people who have straight hair want curly hair and people have curly hair want straight hair. So along the same lines, some people who live in flat areas appreciate hills. And some people who live in hilly or mountainous areas appreciate flat terrain. 😉

Flat land is Boring, I rather have rolling hills with a mountainous views, lol..
I lived in flat land country most of my life, now we are in a rolling hills type of country and love the views and winding roads, we are a 15 min drive to the Texas Hill Country.. :giggle:

Your landscapes aren't that pretty?!?!? They're beautiful! Pity about the wind farms, though - they kind of ruin the view a bit. The top photo is just amazing, though! This is about the closest I can get to a landscape picture, living where I do:
