Okay all.
here are some pics from my ride yesterday. I was so nervous. Not to mention I have not ridden in a hunt saddle for ever and it felt weird. No critique of me please...lol
Candi looks really good and I am so excited to be able to stick her into full training with my dressage trainer/coach.
So here you go.
We are going to have such a blast this summer.

She looks wonderful! A little overbent in a couple pics, but good overall! She looks alot more relaxed about that jump now too! Awesome to see how she's progressing! Not much longer now and she'll be home, eh? LOL and I HAD to giggle - he used a thin western pad for your english saddle...too funny! I also have to note how much thicker she looks from your first pics - has alot more muscle now!

Wow thanks Eve,
LOL I laugh at that saddle too. It's his. Funny thing, I had an english fleece pad in my car. I have had it for years and will likely never use it again. It was recently washed and is almost new! I gave it too him before I left. lol
Thanks for your compliments.
That is the first time I have really ridden her. The second time on her back! :)
I was so nervous and giddy lol. It will take a few rides on her to figure her out and that is fine.
Also thanks for noticing that she looks more muscled. One of the last times I visited I started her on some new feed. I think that has helped as well as the work she has been doing.
NINE more days until she is HOME....
I am very pleased with her progress.
Oh i think that is the first time she went over a vert! She is so darn cute!!

Thanks everyone.
I am working on putting video on Photobucket and hope by the time I am done typing I can put the link here.
Gypsy~ she will be 5 in April
kchfuller~ She is getting more and more comfortable with her job. She did a bit of head flipping in the begining, but settled in okay. but I don't think he rides the horses in training on weekends. he spends that time with his family and doing ranch chores etc.
Payton~ The Sierra's of Calif.
Drew~ did you see that little verticle...hehe...I too think she is total eventer material...Later tho. :)

finally got a lil' bit of a frame video by Steener_421 - Photobucket

Thanks bunches!
I know she might get a bit nervous when she comes home. She has been from my parents place in may to a woman where my dad had some of his mares. Then from there to my barn only to have to be sent off when my dressage trainer instructor fell ill. She needed to be working and I was coming to the end of a semester so I could in no way swing it. So off she went to the guys place where she is now.
She will see both me and my dressage trainer almost everyday so she hopefully will settle into a routine quickly.
She is my Sweets!!!

Thanks everyone.
The pad thingy is totally funny. Here is an old pic of me working with and OTTB i re-trained and sold. big western pad under the saddle. lol

Only 8 more days and my girl will be home. My dressage trainer and I already have a schedule worked out so that we have no lapses in time when Candi comes home.
I am just beside my self with excitement and joy. Oh the blessings of life!

MIE...your too darn funny. I think she does have a bit of a long back. Here is a pic from Dec. that I had taken for the saddle fitter.
Not the best shot but you can see her back better.
